I have eaten at Bahama Breeze on two different occasions and I think that it is `Carribean` only in theme. The last time I went, I ordered a jerk burger and there was absolutely nothing jerk about it. I don't make a habit of complaining at resaurants but my sister-in-law ordered the same thing and as we had taken our first few bites, we looked at each other and said `Do you taste any jerk on this AT ALL?` My S-I-L who isn't afraid to speak up, asked the waitress for some extra seasoning and she just brought out some typical things like Tabasco and ketchup. My husband ordered a Cuban sandwich and asked for Mojo Criollo and the waitress had never heard of it. Overall, I think the food is VERY bland and caters to an American conception of Carribean food. I think it is like Denny's on the beach. Besides that it is overpriced for what you get.
